Job Summary
Field Sales Manager role covering the West London territory. Drive sales in independent pharmacies, achieve order targets, manage diary and visits, educate staff on product features, and develop new business opportunities. Utilize CRM to track activities, plan and execute territory strategies, and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners and staff. Remote working within the West London area with a base salary plus commission, company car, pension, and device benefits. Must have B2B sales experience, familiarity with FMCG/Health & Beauty sectors, CRM proficiency, and strong communication abilities to present product benefits and address objections.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales preferably FMCG or Health & Beauty sectors
- Knowledge of the independent pharmacy industry
- CRM experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage sales targets and KPIs
- Good education standard
- Self-motivation and ability to work remotely
