Job Summary

Lead Field Sales team across NSW and ACT to drive LEGO ANZ sales growth through coaching a 5-person direct report team of Field Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, manage merchandising programs, promotions and head office activities, build strong retailer relationships, develop and execute state business plans, and travel domestically to support major accounts and independent retailers while upholding LEGO brand standards. Responsibilities include leading people, merchandising, business relationships, and planning; require strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive, safety-conscious approach, with hybrid work requiring ~3 days per week in the office.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years Sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods' company and/or retail experience
  • Ability direct and motivate a team to achieve department/company goals
  • Effective and confident communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically
  • Physical requirements: lifting outer cartons (15kg max), climbing ladders, pushing store trolleys
  • Previous experience leading a territory preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Passion for learning and growth mindset
