Job Summary
Motivate the sales team to achieve targets through quality coaching and mentorship while developing strategies that align business development with company goals. Split time between the office and the field to track sales trends using analytics tools and generate reports. Seek out potential industry partnerships to build a strategic network of construction, renovation businesses, suppliers, and professionals. Work full-time between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some potential for Saturday work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
- Experience with B2C/D2D selling
- Ability to work in our office and out in the field with the team
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
