Job Summary
Field Sales Manager leads a team of 10+ sales reps in the Northern Atlanta area for a home-improvement contractor, overseeing recruitment, training, coaching, and performance. Responsible for running a minimum of three appointments per week, conducting check-ins and ride-alongs, leading weekly sales meetings, and developing sales strategies to increase market share and customer base. Requires proven sales management experience in the home improvement industry, mentoring 6+ reps, a high-ticket one-call close background, and CRM discipline. Window and deck experience is preferred.
