Job Summary
Field Sales Manager leads and coaches a sales team to achieve sales volume and distribution objectives for wine brands, overseeing planning, training, and execution. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, reviewing performance against goals, developing and tracking performance enhancement plans, participating in interviews and onboarding, maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities, performing customer business reviews, developing opening orders with new accounts, managing territories, resolving customer issues, coordinating supplier surveys and ride-alongs, and ensuring effective administrative processes. Required skills include strong communication, training and coaching, data-driven planning, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MS Office; a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of sales experience are required.
