Job Summary
Field Sales Manager 3 role focused on owning bookings and budgets, targeting customers and installations across regional markets; collaborate with Region Team, Channels/Distributors/System Integrators, Industry Verticals, Lifecycle services & business development to drive growth; support channels and SI partners for incremental revenue; build a robust funnel around uncovered markets and geographies; act as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable relationships with key accounts, remaining calm under uncertainty; requires significant experience (5–10 years) with PLCs, SCADA & DCS, IIoT/Industry 4.0 knowledge, OT cybersecurity, and experience selling to both private and government customers and SIs; preferred BE/BE-equivalent degrees; based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of significant work experience
- Significant experience in selling PLCs, SCADA & DCS
- Knowledge of IIoT or Industry 4.0
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity in OT layer
- Experience handling private and government customers and System Integrators
- Understanding the offerings of Competition
- Region knowledge: Maharashtra
- BE- Instrumentation/ BE- Electronics & Communication/ B. Tech
