Job Summary
The Field Sales Representative manages the entire sales process from lead generation to converting prospects into clients while maintaining customer sales revenue and fostering supplier relationships. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, creating and presenting tailored product solutions, and driving design registrations. This role involves proactive sales efforts including cold calling to identify business opportunities and grow existing accounts, along with participating in training sessions and business reviews. Required skills include strong organizational and communication abilities, goal setting for revenue, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are also necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School education/GED; college degree is preferred.
- Must be able to travel
- A valid driver’s license
- Possess and maintains valid auto liability insurance
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to set goals and sales targets to increase revenue.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the electronics industry, sales, sales management, or relevant business experience.
