Job Summary
Results-driven SaaS Sales Executive responsible for full-cycle sales from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct product demonstrations, understand client pain points, and recommend software solutions to improve operational efficiency. Build and maintain client relationships, manage pipeline in CRM, and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams for onboarding and customer adoption; stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to inform strategy. Familiarity with business software solutions (ERP, HRMS, hospitality, retail) and ability to translate customer requirements into tailored SaaS solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS/software sales or related technology-driven business development
- proven experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
- ability to conduct product demonstrations and communicate business value
- strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- familiarity with software solutions such as ERP, HRMS, hospitality, retail or similar SaaS products
