Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships within the logistics sector. Key responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, conducting effective proposals, and maintaining accurate sales records. Candidates must demonstrate strong negotiation skills and possess a solid understanding of market dynamics. Minimum qualifications include a High School Degree or GED and 3 years of relevant sales experience in transportation or logistics.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 3 years’ transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding sales experience
- Ability to sell domestic and international products including Export/Import Air Freight/Ocean Freight, FTL, LTL, Fulfillment
- Valid driver’s license
- Own or lease a presentable fully maintained and insured vehicle for business use
