Job Summary
Field Sales Executive in Maersk Ground Freight LTL, responsible for growing the customer base and delivering strategic logistics solutions in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas. Leverage Maersk’s global footprint and product portfolio to drive results, collaborate with local and global teams, and manage an active sales pipeline. Requires local travel to customer sites; base salary plus commission, car allowance, comprehensive benefits, and professional development opportunities. 4+ years of sales experience preferred; HS diploma required; experience with Salesforce and MS Office; motivated, organized, and analytical with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience using Salesforce
- 4+ years of proven sales success in ground transportation logistics or freight forwarding (preferred)
- Strong customer focus with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset, particularly with complex supply chain challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
