Field Sales Engineer - Tupelo, MS/Memphis, TN

Job Summary
Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive volume growth and capture new business opportunities for Dodge products. Conduct regular plant surveys and customer site visits to identify opportunities, provide interchange solutions, and build relationships with distributors and end users. Serve as a technical resource by communicating product advantages, collaborating with engineering and marketing teams, and submitting accurate sales reports using Salesforce and Power BI. Travel frequently within the Tupelo, MS/Memphis, TN territory, requiring the ability to walk long distances in industrial environments, climb structures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (technical field preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
- 2–3 years of experience in the power transmission or industrial equipment industry
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to walk long distances in industrial environments, including extreme heat, dust, heights, and confined spaces
- Comfortable with climbing structures, walking catwalks, and accessing tight areas
- Ability to lift and pull up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to drive for extended periods
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory
- Comfortable presenting in-person and virtually to individuals and small groups
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Dodge product knowledge preferred
