Job Summary
Field Sales Engineer in West Midlands for Walter GB. You will develop sales and profitability within a designated geographical area through direct and distribution partner channels, prospecting, sales calls, product training, customer support/analysis, and process/product recommendations. You will implement machining techniques and cutting strategies to support customers’ continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong manufacturing knowledge, experience with indexable milling and 5-axis machine centres, familiarity with aerospace materials, and proficiency in Excel. You will build relationships, communicate effectively, and manage time to achieve team objectives. A driving license is required and you will be eligible to work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- HNC or HND in production/mechanical engineering
- full and clean driving license
- eligible to work in the UK
- valid permit to work in the UK
