Job Summary
Conduct detailed drilling application analysis for oil and gas operators by analyzing drilling data and providing performance studies to optimize critical applications. Deliver high-level technical support to customers and rig personnel while collaborating with engineering teams to innovate, test, and improve PDC drill bit designs. Identify new business opportunities, represent the company at industry events, and maintain records of customer interactions to align sales strategies with product performance. Work in shop or field environments requiring exposure to outdoor weather and heavy machinery, adhering to strict safety protocols.
