Job Summary

Field Sales Engineer with a focus on SSC (Sensing, Safety & Components) responsibilities including business development in assigned target products and customers, execution of strategic solutions/applications, building ecosystem relationships with system integrators and distributors, documenting budgets and demand across automation projects, coordinating customer projects with internal and external stakeholders, and independent development and execution of sensor and safety applications. Requires Swiss travel (60-70%), HF/FH in electrical/engineering, at least 2 years in complex-goods sales, strong technical understanding in automation and machine vision, strategic thinking and negotiation skills, fluent German and business English, and a valid B driving license.

Required Qualifications

  • HF/FH-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik/Elektronik/Maschinenbau oder Ähnlichem
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im erklärungsbedürftigen Güterbereich
  • Erfahrung im Account Management von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis/Erfahrung in Automatisierungstechnik, insbesondere Bildverarbeitung
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz (60-70%)
  • Proaktivität und intrinsische Motivation
  • Organisatorische Sensibilität
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) und Englisch
  • Führerschein Klasse B
