Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor for customers in the San Jose, CA territory, developing deep expertise in Test & Measurement products. Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts, attend product training sessions, trade shows, and hands-on field activities, and build strong, strategic relationships with new and existing customers. Collaborate with inside sales support and fellow Sales Engineers to deliver exceptional service, represent top-tier manufacturers professionally and ethically, and operate independently to win business. Qualifications include a broad knowledge of Electronic Test & Measurement instruments (RF/Microwave knowledge a plus), strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, and a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years in technical sales or related roles. US Citizenship and ability to pass a background check are required. Salary range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year base + commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or a technical field)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or a related industry role
- US Citizenship (required for client security requirements) and the ability to pass a background check
- A passion for technology, problem-solving, and building lasting customer partnerships
