Job Summary
Conduct needs analyses for customers and produce strategic, cost-effective solutions while providing technical support and problem resolution for field service questions. Support the sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects, assisting representatives in evaluating and selecting products. Create, review, and execute product test plans to document progress and report results, recommending specific products to meet customer needs. Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance and maintain consistent attendance, including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 Years
- Cybersecurity
- Routing and Switching
- Unified Communications as-a-Service (UCaaS)
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

- While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
