Job Summary
Field Sales Director leading a team of Territory Managers accountable for IMCIVREE sales within the Central Region, based in Dallas or Houston. Responsibilities include collaborating with Marketing, Training, Market Access, Medical, Legal, and Compliance; developing and executing a data-informed business plan; coaching and overseeing Territory Managers to meet yearly objectives; ensuring accurate data capture and CRM customization; delivering compliant, targeted strategies; and maintaining high levels of accountability and execution while traveling up to 80%. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of pharma field sales experience with 5+ years in sales leadership, rare-disease experience preferred, and strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
