Job Summary
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies and present in-home sales presentations for potential customers to qualify and vet solar solutions. Conduct face-to-face interactions to build productive relationships, manage the pipeline from prospect to install, and accurately disposition outcomes via CRM. Meet minimum required sales targets while maintaining a clean driving record and traveling within the local market. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowners' schedules. Earn competitive biweekly commissions and bonuses alongside a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 in California.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
