Job Summary
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers. Conduct in-home sales presentations to evaluate customer knowledge and needs, building productive long-lasting relationships. Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations. Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool while meeting minimum required sales targets. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel within the local market. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are necessary to accommodate homeowners' schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home sales experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
