Job Summary
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies and leads to conduct in-home presentations for potential customers. Qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution by building productive relationships and handling the pipeline from prospect to install. Accurately disposition and report outcomes via our CRM tool while meeting minimum required sales targets. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowners' schedules, with a willingness to travel within the local market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home sales experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications

- Experience with a CRM
