Job Summary
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies and conduct in-home presentations for potential customers to qualify solar solutions. Handle the pipeline from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations while accurately dispositioning and reporting outcomes via our CRM tool. Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership. Requires minimum of 1 year of sales experience, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within local markets and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home sales experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
