Job Summary
Field Sales Consultant self-generates sales leads and presents in-home solar products and services to potential customers. Builds genuine customer connections, qualifies leads for solar as a viable energy solution, and manages the activity pipeline from prospect to install. Conducts in-home sales presentations, dispositions outcomes in a CRM, and meets sales targets. Requires travel within the local market and flexibility to work evenings/weekends; emphasizes face-to-face interaction and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- in-home sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to pass a driving background check
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort with technology, IPAD/computer; CRM experience is a plus
