Job Summary
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies and conduct in-home presentations to qualify potential customers for solar products. Build productive long-lasting relationships by evaluating customer knowledge and needs, then handle the pipeline from prospect to install while accurately reporting outcomes via CRM. Meet minimum required sales targets by following up with all leads and consultations, utilizing flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home sales experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
