Job Summary
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies and conduct in-home presentations to evaluate customers' knowledge and needs. Qualify leads by building productive relationships and handling the pipeline from prospect to install while accurately reporting outcomes via the CRM tool. Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership. Requires at least one year of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Average compensation in California for the first 12 months ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, with additional bonuses and incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home sales experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
