Job Summary
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies and conduct in-home presentations to qualify potential customers for solar and battery solutions. Build productive long-lasting relationships by evaluating customer needs and handling the pipeline from prospect to installation while accurately reporting outcomes via our CRM tool. Meet minimum required sales targets and maintain a clean driving record to travel within the local market, working flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowners' schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home sales experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
