Job Summary
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies and conduct in-home presentations to qualify potential customers for solar and battery solutions. Build productive long-lasting relationships by evaluating customer needs and handling the pipeline from prospect to installation while accurately reporting outcomes via the CRM tool. Meet minimum required sales targets and follow up with all leads and consultations to ensure a genuine human connection throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home sales experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
