Job Summary
Field Sales Consultant self-generates sales leads and presents in-home on solar products and services for potential customers, aiming to qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution for homes; conducts in-home sales presentations, manages the sales pipeline from prospect to install, dispositions outcomes in a CRM, and meets sales targets while traveling within the local market and working flexible hours; opportunity includes benefits and tuition-reimbursement programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, IPAD/computer, multiple software applications; CRM experience a plus
