Job Summary
Field Sales Consultant at Sunrun self-generates leads and delivers in-home solar product presentations, qualifying customers and vetting solar as a viable energy solution. Responsibilities include building a productive sales pipeline from prospect to install, following up on leads and in-home consultations, and reporting outcomes via CRM. Requires strong communication, ability to travel in the local market, and flexibility with hours; offers full benefits, competitive commissions, and PowerU education program.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
- Intermediate comfort with technology and CRM experience is a plus
