Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to build trust and educate them about supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a time-tested 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and personalized coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture that shares best practices and drives performance. Travel Monday through Thursday to your territory, then enjoy weekends off. Earn uncapped commission-based income with residual income, bonuses, and quarterly vacation incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday
