Job Summary
Field Sales Consultant to travel Mon–Thu within your territory to meet farmers and small business owners, educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and drive sales using Platinum’s 10-step sales system and AI-driven training. Responsibilities include meeting potential customers face-to-face, delivering compelling presentations, closing sales, building trust, and collaborating within a supportive, team-based culture. The role emphasizes high earning potential with uncapped commissions, a four-day workweek, and travel opportunities (including company trips and events). Requirements highlight strong communication, relationship-building, prospecting, and sales execution skills; no fixed salary and ongoing training/resources are provided by Platinum. Experience with in-person sales to individuals and small businesses and comfort with overnight travel are beneficial.
