Job Summary
Field Sales Consultant responsible for traveling to your territory to meet farmers and small business owners and educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow our 10-step sales process supported by AI-driven training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close more sales. Work within a team-based culture that emphasizes mentorship, relationship-building, and ongoing development. Enjoy a four-day workweek, weekends off, and uncapped earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure with potential bonuses and renewal income. Overnight travel Monday–Thursday is required, with travel to customers and families, and the role emphasizes staying motivated, collaborating with peers, and advancing through leadership opportunities. Must be 18+ years old and capable of traveling for face-to-face meetings in your territory.
