Job Summary
Field Sales Consultant – Insurance Solutions responsibilities include traveling to your territory (Gallatin, MO) Monday–Thursday to meet farmers and small business owners and families, educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and follow a 10-step sales process to identify prospects, present solutions, and close sales. The role emphasizes face-to-face presentations in a team-based culture with AI-driven training, supported by Platinum’s marketing, back-office, and customer service. You’ll enjoy a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with weekends off, uncapped earning potential through commissions, residual income, and opportunities for advancement, plus company travel incentives. Requirements include being 18+ and capable of overnight travel; daily activities focus on building relationships, educating prospects, and closing deals using the company’s sales system.
