Must build relationships, follow a structured sales process, collaborate within a team-based culture, and actively pursue high-performance outcomes through ongoing coaching and leadership opportunities. Role emphasizes in-person customer engagement, travel, and earning potential through commissions, with a four-day workweek and weekends off.
