Field Sales Consultant – Insurance Solutions responsibilities include traveling to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) face-to-face, educating them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and following a time-tested 10-step sales system to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales. You’ll work within a supportive, team-based culture, benefit from AI-driven training and mentorship, and enjoy four-day workweeks with weekends off, uncapped earning potential, and ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service teams. End-to-end selling skills, relationship-building, effective communication, and a drive to achieve goals are essential to succeed in this commission-based role.
