Field Sales Consultant responsible for traveling to your territory (Mon–Thu) to meet farmers and small business owners, educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and drive sales. Follow a proven 10-step sales process and leverage AI-driven training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals. Work within a team-based culture that emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing mentorship, and shared best practices. Enjoy a four-day workweek with weekends off, uncapped earning potential, ongoing support (marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service), and opportunities for advancement and special incentives including luxury travel.
