Job Summary
Travel to your territory to meet farmers, small business owners, and families and educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a proven 10-step sales system and leverage AI-driven training and mentorship to build trust, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales in a team-based culture. This commission-based role emphasizes performance-based earnings (with potential to earn $75k+ in year one and $100k+ for top performers), a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday travel with weekends off), and ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service. Expect overnight travel as part of the role, with opportunities for advancement and leadership as you prove your abilities.
