Field Sales Consultant – Insurance Solutions

Field Sales Consultant role responsible for traveling to assigned territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families), educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and close sales using a proven 10-step sales system. Leverages AI-driven training, collaborative team-based culture, and back-office support to build relationships, deliver presentations, and generate ongoing income through commissions. Travel Monday–Thursday with weekends off; four-day workweek, uncapped earning potential, and opportunities for advancement are emphasized, along with company-paid trips and events. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfort with face-to-face interactions, and willingness to travel overnight are valued.
