Job Summary
Travel to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) face-to-face and educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a time-tested 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close more sales, supported by AI-driven training and mentorship. Work within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins, with ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service. Enjoy a four-day workweek with Monday–Thursday travel and weekends off, high earning potential with commissions and renewal income, quarterly vacations, and all-expenses-paid company trips and events. Candidates should be clear communicators, continuous learners, and comfortable with overnight travel; must be 18+ years old. Be prepared to travel, build trust, and educate customers about Platinum’s products while leveraging the 10-step sales system and AI training to accelerate growth.
