Job Summary
Develop new business opportunities and grow your territory in the wood industry, specifically targeting joinery, carpentry, double glazing, and hospitality sectors. Manage and nurture existing customer relationships while delivering excellent service, including after-sales follow-up. Use sales systems to track performance and activity, overcoming objections to consistently achieve or exceed targets. This role requires a self-motivated, target-driven individual with strong communication skills and a full UK driving licence. Basic salary is £24,000 with minimum guaranteed earnings of £27,300 and an OTE of £34,655, including uncapped commission, a company car, and Monday–Friday hours.
