Job Summary
FIELD SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE to drive sales of premier TTI product lines at The Home Depot. Exceed sales targets through in-store customer engagement, recommend tailored product solutions, plan and execute promotional events and product demos, and support brand marketing initiatives. Maintain brand presence through strategic merchandising, optimize product placement, leverage data analytics and Power BI to drive decisions, build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members, manage inventory and down-stocking, participate in merchandising resets, and contribute to training and development within the Leadership Development Program. Travel to assigned stores and occasions, with a customer-focused, self-motivated, team-oriented approach to achieve market growth and sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
- Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state
- Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation
- Ability to travel to/from assigned store locations and for meetings/events
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling tools/equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office; bilingual abilities preferred in some markets
- Equivalent education/experience considered (formal higher education preferred but not required)
