Job Summary
Field Sales and Marketing Representative engaging with customers at The Home Depot to understand needs and recommend TTI product solutions, drive sell-through, conduct product demos and store walks, support brand marketing initiatives, manage merchandising and promotions, and develop retailer relationships while leveraging data analytics (Power BI) and MS Office. Training and advancement opportunities are available through TTI’s Leadership Development Program; the role requires travel to assigned stores, occasional out-of-area travel, and availability for nights/weekends. Relocation assistance is available for opportunities and compensation includes a hourly base with bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
- Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state
- Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation
- Capable of traveling to/from assigned store locations as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events
- Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening
- MS Office proficiency
- Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs
- Formal higher education preferred but not required – Equivalent experience will be considered
