Job Summary
Field Sales and Marketing Representative responsible for driving market share growth with The Home Depot, executing retail strategy, demonstrations, and promotional activities for TTIs power tools and related products. Authoritative duties include exceeding sales targets, conducting product demos and store walks, optimizing merchandising and brand presence, applying data-driven decisions with Power BI, building strong retailer relationships, and participating in a multi-faceted training program and Leadership Development Program to accelerate career growth. Requires travel to assigned store locations, occasional travel for meetings/events, and the ability to work in a retail environment; candidate should have a valid US driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and be able to lift items as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
- Must be able to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening
- Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state
- Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation
- Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver
- Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc. Air travel will be required
- Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead; capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools up to 50 lbs; able to stand for long periods in a retail environment
- MS Office proficiency
- Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs
- Formal higher education preferred but not required – Equivalent experience will be considered
- Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities
- Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
