Job Summary
Sales Field Agronomist in Michigan responsible for on-farm agronomy sales calls, coaching agency networks, leading local trials and agronomy communications to support grower education and sales growth, and maintaining deep agronomic knowledge of Pioneer products and services. Role involves leveraging the Corteva portfolio (seed, seed treatment, digital tools, crop protection, biologicals) to deliver a differentiated customer experience, traveling as needed, and collaborating with peers and external partners. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of agronomy sales experience, ability to sell/negotiate/coach, willingness to travel to rural environments, and ability to pass a driving record background check. VISA sponsorship is not available and international relocation is not offered.
