Job Summary
Implement Seed Division marketing strategies to drive profitable sales and market share growth for FS supported seed brands and assigned members. Lead sales calls with targeted growers, providing technical agronomic support and product knowledge to promote GROWMARK Agronomy features versus competitive offerings. Execute business plans utilizing sales administration tools to ensure retention and growth while training crop specialists on key initiatives. Maintain a valid driver's license and travel independently for overnight assignments within the defined territory.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Ag Business or Agronomy, or the equivalent thereof
- 3 years or more of Ag sales related work experience
- demonstrated knowledge of seed and crop protection sales
- Certified Crop Advisor certificate, or ability to obtain within 1 year
- Must reside within defined territory
