Job Summary
Drive sales growth for Purifaaya Ceramic Water Filters by building institutional partnerships, activating retail outlets, and conducting community product demonstrations within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing customer pipelines (B2B and B2C), attending events and trade fairs to generate prospects, converting prospects to customers, providing customer service and referrals, handling logistics support for orders, delivering market feedback and weekly pipeline reports, and lead qualification via tele-sales calls to determine fit and purchase timelines. Willingness to travel upcountry and operate in Nairobi, Kenya; requires strong prospecting, CRM documentation, and ability to meet monthly sales targets. Experience in field sales, channel development, event activations, and customer relationship management is beneficial.
