Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door direct sales for HelloFresh in the Calgary North area, introducing clients to meal-kit products and helping them achieve health and wellness goals. Manage weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results. Maintain a flexible full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed, utilizing a personal vehicle with a valid Class 5 license to travel outdoors in all weather conditions. Earn a competitive hourly wage of $18 plus uncapped commission, mileage expenses, overtime pay, and various bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis
- Outgoing, people person
- Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing weekly goals
- Money-motivated and driven to win
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Reliable access to personal vehicle
- Valid Class 5 (or higher) driver's license
- Flexible full-time schedule that includes the ability to work during evenings and weekends as needed
