Requires proven field sales or account management experience, an engineering background or equivalent, fluency in Lithuanian and English, and willingness to travel across the Baltic region.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Engineering background or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with customers in industrial sectors such as chemical, energy, refining, oil and gas, or related industries
- Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Baltic region to meet customers
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand technical needs and translate them into effective solutions
