Job Summary
Field Sales Account Executive / Luxury Resale Advisor in Fort Worth responsible for driving consignment activity through in-home appointments and proactive client outreach. Build and manage a sales pipeline, convert leads into consignors, leverage Salesforce CRM, and meet or exceed quotas. Procure luxury consignments, coordinate end-to-end logistics (pickup/shipment), and deliver a white-glove client experience. Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to resolve client concerns. Must be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, able to work independently in a fast-paced field environment, travel >70% within the territory, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Technologically proficient; comfortable leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset; able to commit to a 40-hour workweek; must reside in the assigned territory; must possess a valid driver’s license; maintain compliant insurance and driving record; able to lift up to 25 lbs; willing and able to travel more than 70% within the designated market.
