Job Summary
Conduct on-site risk assessments and provide real-time guidance to site supervisors. Enforce company safety policies and coordinate training sessions to keep employees informed. Identify areas for improvement ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and assist in investigating workplace incidents. Partner with the Safety Director to foster a culture of accountability across field and office operations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or OSH, valid driver's license, and ability to travel. Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel out of town for extended durations, depending on project needs.
- A safety advocate with knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
- A strong communicator who can lead, train, and engage employees at all levels.
- A problem solver with a people-first approach, ensuring compliance without compromising teamwork.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Occupational Safety & Health preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
