Job Summary
The Field Safety Technician at Signal Energy is responsible for promoting the company’s safety culture and ensuring compliance with safety regulations on solar energy construction sites. Key duties include conducting daily paperwork such as job safety analysis, managing and auditing safety equipment, facilitating safety training, and assisting in the development of site-specific safety plans. The position requires strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to lead and influence, and a keen understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, OSHA 30 certification, and relevant safety experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- OSHA 30 Minimum
- Current valid driver’s license
- 2 years construction safety experience preferred
